Lake Atitlan

Considered by many the most beautiful lake in the world, Lake Atitlan came to existence through the collapse of a volcanic cone and is more than 320 meters deep. Bordering its shores are the three volcanos Toliman, Atitlan and San Pedro with their combination of lush vegetation of exotic fruits and flowers and corn, coffee and vegetable plantations, as well as colorful Mayan villages.
